With EZONE Ai 98, Yonex have an excellent control frame that also delivers plenty of power and speed. The Xi 98 was one of the pioneers in this new category of rackets that addresses the need of even more power from traditional control frames. The Ai 98 goes even further with 5% faster swing speed. It is also the most comfortable with Dual Shut System eliminating vibrations at both the frame and the handle. Excellent choice for any all-court, aggressive hitter; especially those are suffering from or want to prevent tennis elbow.

EZONE Ai rackets use Trans-Weight System for quicker maneuverability and faster reaction. This is achieved through use of Nanometric material, which improves structural strength of the frame. This allows more weight to be transferred to the top of the frame for greater inertia and quicker acceleration from swing to follow through. The Ai range also retains the aerodynamic shape that allows players to swing with minimum of air resistance.

Yonex's longstanding Isometric system has been given an update with the Ai range where deeper grooves have been placed at the 3, 9 and 12 o'clock positions. This elongates the string length at hitting zone and expands sweetspot by 7%.

The Ai range features Dual Shut System to eliminate vibrations at both the source and intermediate point. Shockless Grommets at the bottom of the bottom of the frame minimises impact vibrations. At the handle, Quake Shut Gel removed even the most subtle discomfort.
