Royal Mail and DPD Terms and Conditions:

The customer acknowledges and agrees that Royal Mail and DPD may at their discretion
- (i) attempt to deliver the consignment to a neighbouring address within a reasonable distance of the delivery address; or
- (ii) leave it for collection at a Post Office branch or DPD depot.
Alternative proof required by DPD:
DPD often uses "Delivered on Authority" or photo evidence, where the driver records the recipient's name or takes a photo of the parcel at the location.
Royal Mail is as follows:
Electronic proof of delivery may go through a letterbox, a safe place, or a neighbour; no signature needed.
If Royal Mail or DPD are able to deliver the consignment to a neighbouring address or leave it for collection at a Post Office branch or DPD depot, then a customer contact card shall be left at the specified address; and
The customer agrees that delivery to such neighbouring addresses shall constitute delivery to the address specified as the delivery address in the dispatch documentation or on the parcel.
DPD do not deliver to UK PO Boxes or BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.
DPD will send you an email/SMS message (if correct details are provided) with options to track your parcel or edit the shipment's address. You may also choose to change the delivery location to a nearby DPD Pickup Shop, from where you can collect your order at your convenience, or advise DPD of a "Safe Place" to leave your parcel. Any changes made using this service are beyond the control of tennisnuts.
If you choose to change the delivery address or request the parcel to be left in a "safe place", you assume all responsibility should any loss or damage occur.

Missing Deliveries

If, however, you have not received your parcel yet and the tracking is showing as delivered, please phone customer services (01494 373004) for us to investigate. Until we complete the investigation, we will not be able to send out a replacement or issue a refund.

Damaged or Incomplete Goods Received

On receipt of your order, if items are missing or damaged, kindly notify us within 14 days and we will help to resolve any queries. Unfortunately, any discrepancies cannot be investigated after the 14-day period.
