Delivery Information (UK Orders)

The table below summarises our UK delivery options for most items.

  • A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
  • Orders will not be dispatched or delivered on bank holidays. In these cases, orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Delivery times are subject to ordering before our cut-off time of 4 pm.
  • All delivery options require a signature of receipt.
  • In the unfortunate event of the courier not delivering the parcel in the time frames mentioned above, we will refund your delivery charge. Tennisnuts.com cannot be held liable for any further costs incurred as a result of late or non delivery of parcels.
  • Excludes Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, and Isle of Man. See table below for delivery to these regions.

UK Saturday/Sunday Delivery

  • You can specify during the checkout process whether you would like delivery on Saturday or on Sunday.
  • All orders for Saturday/Sunday Delivery must be placed before 4 pm on Friday.
  • Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be delivered on THE FOLLOWING Saturday/Sunday.
  • Any orders received on Monday to Thursday for Saturday/Sunday delivery will be held and dispatched on Friday for delivery on Saturday/Sunday.

Royal Mail and Parcelforce Terms and Conditions:

  • Parcel Force do not deliver to UK PO Boxes.
  • The customer acknowledges and agrees that Parcelforce Worldwide may at its discretion
    • (i) attempt to deliver the consignment to a neighbouring address within a reasonable distance of the delivery address; or
    • (ii) leave it for collection at a Post Office branch selected by Parcelforce Worldwide.
  • If Parcelforce Worldwide is able to deliver the consignment to a neighbouring address or leaves it for collection at a Post Office branch, then a customer contact card shall be left at the specified address; and
  • The customer agrees that delivery to such neighbouring address shall constitute delivery to the address specified as the delivery address in the dispatch documentation or on the parcel.

DPD Terms and Conditions:

  • DPD do not deliver to UK PO Boxes.
  • DPD will send you an Email/SMS message (if correct details are provided) with options to track your parcel or edit the shipment's address. You may also choose to change the delivery location to a nearby DPD Pickup Shop from where you can collect your order at your convenience. Any changes made using this service are beyond the control of tennisnuts.
  • If you choose to change the delivery address or request the parcel to be left in a "SafePlace", you assume all responsibility should any loss occur.

Missing Deliveries

All orders require a signature of receipt to ensure your parcels do not go missing in transit. If however you have not received your parcel yet the tracking is showing as signed for, please complete and send us this form for us to investigate. These forms will be processed with urgency. Until we complete the investigation we will not be able to send out a replacement or issue a refund.
