Order and Delivery Information for Portugal
This page includes specific information for delivery to Portugal. Please also keep in mind the general information for ordering and payment, for all non-UK orders on our International Orders page.
Please note we are currently unable to send any orders to Portugal.
Portugal taxes
There are no export charges for tennisnuts to send products abroad, however there may be import duties, taxes and customs charges levied in Portugal. These are not included in our price, and are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.
For orders to Portugal, prices include VAT on applicable products.
Approximate transit time to Portugal
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. After we’ve dispatched your order, delivery to Portugal usually takes 3 to 6 days.
Orders weighing under 2kg will be dispatched using Royal Mail from the UK. These will then be passed over to your local post service, Correios de Portugal for delivery in Portugal.
Orders over 2kg will be dispatched and delivered by DPD.
Delivery prices to Portugal
The shipping rates will vary depending on the size and weight of items ordered.

Orders that require an extra parcel (e.g. a large quantity of tennis balls) will cost £15 extra per parcel.

We can provide a DPD returns label to return your item from Portugal for £26.00, just email us and a member of our team will send you one. Please note any exchange requests will incur further postage charges, please also keep in mind the general returns policy.
