FREE Standard Service: TWO man delivery service includes individual pre booking with AM or PM slot indication the day before delivery. Delivery is between 7 - 10 working days after placing your order.
For all junior tables, FREE standard service is ONE man delivery only and includes pre booking with AM or PM slot indication the day before delivery. Delivery is between 7 - 10 working days after placing your order.
24 Hour delivery can be arranged by phone only by phoning 01923-779922 for an extra charge of £25.(and for XMAS will be available till the 21st Dec by arrangement only)

FREE Standard Service: Delivery on these Table Tennis Tables is currently running at approx 2-5 Working days. Normal delivery is free to U.K. mainland addresses. The 24 hr service is not available on these tables.

Avanti Express will make contact with you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. Neither tennisnuts nor our transporters give any guarantee on time or date of delivery, but will endeavour to arrange delivery at a convenient time with you. Avanti will contact you by telephone or email and pre-book the delivery at a day and time (2 hour slot) to suit you. Deliveries take place between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. There are no weekend deliveries. It is standard procedure that the driver will ring you directly to advise of any delays on his delivery route. The delivery service provided is to a room of your choice but it is your responsibility to ensure that goods ordered can be delivered and will fit into the property and that any entranceways, hallways, corridors etc are wide enough for the goods to pass through. The delivery personnel may refuse to carry the table up steps if the access is restricted and/or the carton will not fit through the available space.
PLEASE NOTE: IF OUR CARRIER ARRIVES TO DELIVER YOUR TABLE(S) ON YOUR PRE-AGREED DELIVERY DAY AND THERE IS NOBODY AVAILABLE AT THE ADDRESS TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY, OR WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN AN INCORRECT OR INACCESSIBLE ADDRESS, ANY SUBSEQUENT DELIVERY WILL BE RE-CHARGEABLE TO YOU AT £49.70 + VAT PER TABLE.
Inspect: You are responsible for checking the condition of the item(s) delivered and must highlight any issues upon receipt with the carrier. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person to whom the order is addressed has received and accepted delivery.
Damaged Goods on Arrival: If the goods are damaged then you should refuse the delivery and ask the driver to reload them on to his vehicle. You must then notify your retailer within 24 hours so that arrangements can be made for replacement goods to be delivered.
TENNISNUTS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER FOR EITHER DAMAGE OR MISSING PARTS, UNLESS YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THE ABOVE PROCEDURES AND NOTIFIED US VERBALLY NO LATER THAN 24 HRS AFTER DELIVERY WITH WRITTEN CONFIRMATION WITHIN 72 HRS.
Assembly/Use/Safety: If you have added Assembly to your order then you must provide a suitable, clean and dry location in which the delivery personnel can assemble the table. Please read carefully all the safety notices and the assembly instructions provided with the table and also ensure that they are brought to the attention of all other table users. Before using the table, you should check all the locks, moving parts, nuts and adjustments.
After Sales: All our tables are supplied with detailed assembly instructions and a comprehensive spare parts list. Please keep these safe for future reference so that you can quote the appropriate part number when ordering any spares

You can also choose to have the table assembled for an additional payment of £48 (incl VAT). For this, the table will be delivered, assembled, placed in situ and all the packaging removed at the same time. You need to ring 01923-779922 to arrange this extra service.

Standard terms and conditions for ALL GAMES tables.
  • Delivery for these tables is arranged directly with our suppliers, who use a third party delivery company to deliver the tables. Should a table arrive late or damaged, we cannot accept responsibility for the failure of a third party. We will endeavor to resolve any problems as quickly as possible, however when we are dealing with a third party we are dependant on their response and co-operation.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, you must inform us by phone (01923-779922). If the order has already been sent out before your phone call, then we will await the safe return of the table, before we arrange a refund. This will incur a delivery charge of £100 for the delivery AND the return.
  • There will be charge of £100 for all MISSED or REFUSED deliveries.
  • If the courier attempts to deliver outside the pre-arranged time, then they should leave a calling card for you to re-schedule the delivery. In this case only there will be no additional delivery charge.
  • If a table is delivered and unwanted, it must be unopened and in its original packaging. We will arrange collection and refund you the cost of the table less the cost of delivery (this may vary), plus the cost of collection which is £100.00.
  • It is the customers duty to advise us of any possible delivery difficulties like restrited access. Good access to the point of delivery must be possible, as a large vehicle will be used. If access is not possible or is impaired, then the cancelled orders charge of £100 will apply.
  • DAMAGED GOODS - PLEASE INSPECT GOODS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT AND ADVISE US WITHIN THIS TIME IF GOODS ARE DAMAGED. UNFORTUNATLEY OUR CARRIERS CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES REPORTED BEYOND THIS PERIOD OF TIME. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT BY A THIRD PARTY.
  • A table damaged after use may be returned for inspection by the manufacturer. This can only be done by prior arrangement with us (01923-779922). This may incur a delivery charge.
