The Selkirk Boomstik Widebody Paddle is engineered for players who demand the perfect balance of power, control, and consistency. Featuring Selkirk’s innovative Moment of Inertia (MOI) Tuning System, it strategically positions weight around the paddle’s perimeter to optimise swing weight, reduce twisting on off-centre hits, and expand the sweet spot — giving you a more forgiving, stable, and precise performance from your very first game.
The widebody model provides a larger sweetspot while providing more control and feel compared to the extreme power of the elongated model. The Project Boomstik, the latest innovation from Selkirk LABS that rewrites the narrative on power paddles. Forget the status quo of sacrificing durability for power — where the only way to maximize velocity is for the core to quickly deteriorate — because this paddle has power that lasts. Seriously, the Sekirk engineers kept running durability tests over and over again, and did not find any core crush. No break-in periods. Explosive power and consistent performance from day one.
Staff Pro Review
The Widebody | Longer Handle & Wide Paddle Shape: The widebody shape features a long handle for added reach and extra space for two-handed backhands. This shape increases stability and delivers a more consistent, forgiving sweet spot — especially on off-center hits. Ideal for players seeking the largest sweet spot and a consistent feel and performance across the face.

FAQs
1: What makes the MOI Tuning System different from standard paddle weighting?
Traditional paddles have fixed weight distributions. The MOI Tuning System uses precision-engineered perimeter weighting to increase stability and sweet spot size, giving you a more forgiving and balanced feel.
2: Is the MOI Tuning System adjustable?
The system is semi-permanent and comes factory-installed for optimal performance. Adjusting or removing it may cause damage to the components.
3: How does the InfiniGrit™ surface improve my game?
InfiniGrit™ provides three times the spin durability of standard carbon textures, maintaining its grip on the ball for longer, allowing you to produce more controlled and high-spin shots consistently.
