The racket made famous by Nadal..this is the flagship racket of the whole Babolat range. Apart from the amazing look of the racket, there does seem to be more feel from the frame compared to previous incarnation. It also feels more responsive to an all-round game. Maybe Nadal is looking to venture to the net a bit more this year?

The Technology:
The Aero range integrates GT Technology in these racquets, a hybrid material combining braided carbon and Tungsten filaments to reduce torque at impact: hits are therefore more powerful but also more precise. Next, the Cortex System technology, situated between the handle and the string bed, filters unnecessary vibrations thus accentuating the feel of the ball.
The unique aerodynamics of the Aero models allow for optimizing the penetration of the racquets through the air for a faster swing and more spin.
