The various Series explained:

AMPED Series – Features polypropylene X5 cores with FibreFlex faces, delivering an optimal blend of power and control.

VANGUARD Series – Generally thinner, edgeless carbon-fibre paddles, available in Control, Power, and Pro variants; offers spin, durability, and custom grip/weight options.

LUXX Control Air Series– Their top control paddle with the 20mm X7 Thickset honeycomb core, Florek carbon fibre face, and edgeless Air design engineered for precision play.

Power Air – High-power edgeless paddles with carbon faces, full-body CNC construction, and variants like Invikta & Epic

SLK ERA - The SLK ERA power uses an advanced Dynamic Fusion Core for increased stability and forgiveness without sacrificing lively power. The ERA power also comes in an elongated length version and a widebody version.

SLK HALO, EVO, Omega, Atlas, Latitude, Nexus etc. – More budget-friendly paddles, designed with core Selkirk tech (carbon/fibreglass faces), ideal for beginners to intermediates.

Different Shapes Within Each Range:

S2 Paddle Shape

The S2 shape is perfect for players prioritising the largest sweet spot possible. By shortening the handle, this paddle allows for a taller face, offering more hitting surface and forgiveness on off-centre shots. Ideal for those who use a "finger up" grip or come from a table tennis background, the S2's compact handle provides familiar ergonomics and enhanced control.

Best for: Precision players, table tennis converts, compact grip styles
Standout feature: Tallest face for maximum sweet spot coverage

Specifications:

  • Length [L]: 15.75 in / 400 mm
  • Width [W]: 8 in / 203 mm
  • Handle Length [HL]: 4.375 in / 111 mm

Epic Paddle Shape

The Epic shape delivers a well-rounded mix of power and control, making it a favourite among beginner and intermediate players. With a standard-length handle and a traditional, square-shaped face, the Epic offers a large sweet spot and a familiar feel, making it one of the most versatile paddle designs on the market.

Best for: Beginners to intermediates, all-around performance
Standout feature: Balanced design for consistent play

Specifications:

  • Length [L]: 15.75 in / 400 mm
  • Width [W]: 8 in / 203 mm
  • Handle Length [HL]: 5.25 in / 133 mm

Invikta Paddle Shape

The Invikta is the go-to paddle for those seeking extra reach and power. Featuring an elongated face and a standard handle, this shape is perfect for intermediate and advanced players who are confident enough to sacrifice a bit of sweet spot in exchange for superior reach and aggressive play. Tennis players will feel especially at home with its extended design.

Best for: Intermediate to advanced players, former tennis athletes
Standout feature: Elongated face for added court coverage

Specifications:

  • Length [L]: 16.5 in / 419 mm
  • Width [W]: 7.375 in / 187 mm
  • Handle Length [HL]: 5.25 in / 133 mm

SLK Line Paddle Shapes

HALO, EVO, Omega, Atlas, Latitude, Nexus etc. provide varied shapes tailored to individual skill levels and preferences. Here’s a quick look at two of the most popular options:

Max Paddle Shape

The Max shape mirrors the Epic with its standard paddle dimensions and comfortable handle, making it an excellent option for players seeking consistent performance without the learning curve of elongated paddles. A great transitional paddle for newer players or those looking for reliability in every swing.

Best for: Casual to intermediate players
Standout feature: Traditional shape with broad sweet spot

Specifications:

  • Length [L]: 16 in / 406 mm
  • Width [W]: 7.85 in / 199 mm
  • Handle Length [HL]: 4.85 in / 123 mm

XL Paddle Shape

Designed with competitive players in mind, the XL paddle offers extended length and reach, at the cost of a slightly narrower sweet spot. This shape is tailored for those coming from racket sports like tennis, where reach and control from the baseline are essential.

Best for: Advanced players, racket sports backgrounds
Standout feature: Extra reach for baseline dominance

Specifications:

  • Length [L]: 16.4 in / 417 mm
  • Width [W]: 7.4 in / 188 mm
  • Handle Length [HL]: 5.75 in / 146 mm

SLK ERA Elongated Shape

The Elongated shape in the SLK ERA range is crafted for players who need added reach to dominate the court from any position. With a longer face and handle, this shape provides increased leverage on serves, volleys, and groundstrokes. Ideal for intermediate to advanced players who prefer a more aggressive, strategic style of play, especially those with a tennis or racquet sports background.

Best for: Competitive players, reach-focused gameplay
Standout feature: Extra reach for maximum court coverage

Specifications:

  • Length: 16.5 in / 419 mm
  • Width: 7.4 in / 187 mm
  • Handle Length: 5.8 in / 147 mm

SLK ERA Widebody Shape

The Widebody shape is engineered for players who prioritise control, forgiveness, and consistency. With a broader face and shorter handle, this paddle maximises surface area to deliver one of the largest sweet spots in the SLK ERA lineup. Perfect for developing players, casual competitors, or those transitioning from sports like table tennis, the Widebody offers reliable touch and easy handling.

Best for: Beginners to intermediate players, control-focused play
Standout feature: Extra-wide face for improved accuracy and forgiveness

Specifications:

  • Length: 15.9 in / 406 mm
  • Width: 7.7 in / 198 mm
  • Handle Length: 5.8 in / 147 mm

What is INFINIGRIT?

InfiniGrit refers to Selkirk's long-lasting grit texture integrated directly into the paddle face — rather than applied as a separate overlay. It’s typically used in paddles with raw carbon fiber faces like those in the Vanguard Control and LUXX Control Air series.
