Having recently tried the Spirit and the Energy in the Babolat women's range and loved them both, I also had a quick go with the Stima Vita, which although not as solid and powerful as the other two, was such an easy racket to use, with a massive sweet spot and was really easy to control. It certainly gave me more feel and contact with the ball. The power was there when I opened up my shoulders on the overheads but the reduced speed off the face of the racket would help beginners and Intermediates alike to control the ball speed off the racket.
