Bullpadel XPLO 02 Comfort Padel Racket 27

The Bullpadel XPLO 02 Comfort Padel Racket 27 is a performance padel racket designed to combine attacking power with a more comfortable and versatile response. XPLO Core provides the structural foundation for efficient energy transfer, while Air Power improves aerodynamic acceleration and Wave System introduces progressive flexibility through the frame. A Geometric Shape supports the racket's attacking character, with Multieva and Fibrix combining adaptable foam densities and hybrid fibres for greater comfort and playability.

Product Technologies

  • XPLO Core: A structural core developed around the racket's performance requirements, designed to optimise force transmission and stability. Its construction helps channel energy efficiently during aggressive shots while maintaining a consistent response through the hitting area.
  • Air Power: The evolution of Bullpadel's Air React Channel system, using an enlarged aerodynamic channel to improve airflow. Reduced air resistance helps increase agility, lightness and acceleration when moving the racket through the swing.
  • Wave System: A frame concept that introduces progressive flexibility through its wave-shaped structure. The system is designed to help transfer energy efficiently and improve acceleration, particularly when increasing racket speed on attacking shots.
  • Geo Shape: A geometric-format shape developed to support the racket's performance characteristics and provide an effective hitting area for attacking play.
  • 3D Grain: A textured surface featuring a polygonal finish designed to increase interaction between the ball and racket face. This additional texture helps generate greater spin and provides more control when shaping different trajectories.
  • Smart Holes: An optimised hole distribution designed to improve response across the racket face. The arrangement works with the structure of the racket to provide more consistent performance across different types of shot.
  • Ease Vibe: Integrated vibration dampers designed to absorb unwanted vibration and improve comfort. Their position can be adjusted, allowing players to influence the racket's balance and feel while retaining their vibration-damping function.
  • Custom Weight: An adjustable weighting system that allows players to alter the racket's overall weight and balance. This gives players scope to personalise its handling characteristics according to their preferred setup.
  • Multieva: A multi-layer EVA core made with three different densities. Firmer external layers react to faster impacts to provide a stronger response, while the softer inner layer works at lower speeds to increase control and comfort.
  • Fibrix: A hybrid surface combining flexible fibreglass with rigid carbon fibres. The combination is designed to deliver a more comfortable, versatile response, with additional flexibility helping improve ease of play and comfort.

Staff Pro Review

The XPLO Comfort 27 combines an attacking technology package with materials intended to make its response more manageable. XPLO Core, Air Power and Wave System support acceleration and energy transfer, while Fibrix and Multieva provide a more adaptable contact feel. Ease Vibe is another useful addition for comfort, and Custom Weight provides extra flexibility when fine-tuning the racket's handling.

FAQs

Q: How does the Comfort construction differ in feel?
A: Fibrix combines flexible fibreglass with carbon, while Multieva uses different EVA densities. Together they provide a more adaptable and comfortable response across slower controlled shots and faster attacking impacts.

Q: What does Wave System do during an attacking swing?
A: Wave System introduces progressive flexibility through the frame, helping transfer energy as racket speed increases. This supports acceleration and an efficient response when playing more aggressive shots.

Q: Can the XPLO Comfort 27's balance be personalised?
A: Yes. Custom Weight allows players to modify both overall weight and balance, while the positioning of the Ease Vibe dampers can also influence the racket's balance and playing feel.

Diamond Shape - Power Focus

High Balance & High Sweet Spot. Combines explosive power with precise control for players who consistently find the sweet spot. The diamond shape distributes more weight towards the racket head, resulting in a head-heavy balance that naturally increases power on attacking shots.

Teardrop Shape - All Round

Medium Balance & Centred Sweet Spot. Combines impressive power with excellent control for players who want all-round performance. The teardrop shape distributes weight more evenly across the racket, creating a medium balance that offers the perfect blend of power, control, and manoeuvrability.

Round Shape - Control Focus

Low Balance & Bigger Sweet Spot. Delivers outstanding control and forgiveness for players who value consistency and precision. The round shape distributes weight evenly toward the handle, creating a low balance that improves manoeuvrability and provides a larger sweet spot.

Hybrid Shape - Counter-Attacking Focus

Combines power, control, and versatility for players who want the best of both worlds. The hybrid shape blends characteristics of multiple racket designs, creating a balanced feel with a generous sweet spot and reliable performance in both attack and defence.
