The Warrior 2 yoga mat is an improvement over the original which was Fitness-Mad's best selling mat, offering good grip and cushioning. The warrior II improves on this with even better grip. Furthermore, it is phthalate free and available in a range of new colours. 4mm is the preferred thickness of mat for regular yoga practice and at 183cm (6ft) long you'll stay on the mat.
