  • Orders for delivery outside of Mainland United Kingdom will be contacted after placing your order and given a quote for delivery cost. No money is taken until dispatching your goods.

    The following terms apply to all orders for:

    • Tennis Ball Machines
    • Table Tennis Tables
    • Table Tennis Ball Machines / Robots
    • Table Football / Foosball Tables
    • Basketball Nets / Sets
    • Netball Nets / Sets

    Delivery for the above items are arranged directly with our suppliers, who use a 3rd party delivery company to delivery the tables.

    The following terms apply to all of the above items, unless different in the brand specific terms details further below.

    • We request, if possible, that you supply TWO contact telephone numbers and that one of them is a mobile number.
    • To cancel an order, please call our sales team on 01494 373 004. If your order has already been sent to the supplier and confirmed, we will need to await the safe return of the item before refunded, less the original £60 delivery charge and a £60 collection and restocking fee. The table will then be assessed and if a re-packing is necessary this will be £60
    • The delivery company will advise you of the date they will aim to deliver your item. It is your responsibility to ensure someone will be in to grant access between 7am and 7pm on the given day.
    • Delivery to Schools and Offices can advise opening times which we will pass onto the delivery company so that they can arrange delivery within these times.
    • Any failed/refused (where no-one was available to sign for the item, the given address or contact details were incorrect) delivery attempts will encur a £60 charge per table. (Certain tables may be extra)
    • To re-deliver the item after a failed or refused delivery will cost £60 including vat.
    • Goods must be inspected within 24 hours of receipt and any damages or faults must be reported to us within these 24 hours.
    • Damaged or faulty goods will then be picked up and taken back to the supplier where they will be inspected. Once approved, they will be replaced/refunded.
    • Goods will be delivered using a large vehicle. Good access will be required to the delivery point and any failed delivery due to impossible or impaired access will be £60.

    Assembly terms:

    • Assembly will take approximately 60-90 minutes depending on table.
    • Delivery person will require a clear, well lit and covered (if bad weather) space to assemble the table.
    • If they deem it to be insufficent conditions they may refuse the assembly and you will incur a £60 charge.
