Babolat make some of the most popular strings around. The majority of ATP and WTA pros use these strings. 50%of a racquet’s effectiveness comes from its strings. With a single-string string bed, you must chose between one of the following benefits: power, resistance, comfort or spin.

To optimize durability -> select a thick gauge....To optimize power -> select a thin gauge
TENSION recommendations:

For players using a polyester string: If you are using a Polyester string for the mains and crosses, it is recommended that you reduce the tension by about 5 lbs.
