Payment, Shipping & Delivery

PAYMENT FOR UK ORDERS
1.EITHER Buy securely 'on-line' with payment by credit or debit card. Our site uses the latest encryption technology, allowing you to use your cards with confidence. We do not even see your details, we are just told whether the card is accepted or not.
2.OR Ring the mail order hotline with your order (0845 602 7062). We have been dealing with phone orders for over 20 years.
3.Or just VISIT either of the two stores and we will supply the goods at the same price as quoted on the site. PLUS..you can get a 10% discount in-store on anything that is not reduced already..just mention the website and ask for your 10%. (NB. This does NOT apply to rackets (already 20% OFF rrp , OR any Sale items on the website).
PAYMENT FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS
1.Please ensure that the delivery address is the same as the address for your credit card. We will not deliver to any other address!
2.We reserve the right to reject certain credit card payments , and may ask for money transfers or sterling drafts.
3.The quoted rates below only apply to weight of goods up to 2kg. We will inform you by e-mail if additional payment maybe required..or you can check with us beforehand.
UK Delivery Charges
1.FREE delivery on all orders over £70 (UK Mainland only). Charge of £5 for all orders under £70.
2.UK delivery will normally be within 2 to 4 working days from recipt of order.
3.UK NEXT DAY (UK Mainland only exluding Scottish highland & Islands), delivery is £5 EXTRA (ie £10 for orders under £70 and £5 for orders over £70.
NB ALL NEXT DAY ORDERS MUST BE RECIEVED BEFORE 1 PM FOR DELIVERY UP TO 7pm THE NEXT WORKING DAY.
Orders made on fridays (even before 1pm) will be delivered on MONDAY. Saturday delivery can be arranged by phone only and may incur an additional charge.

NB Next Day delivery is NOT possible to the highlands and Islands of Scotland. Additional postal charges may apply.
If you need delivery on Saturdays , you need to ring 0845 602 7062 to arrange this.
Delivery will not be possible on Sundays or Bank Holidays (and orders placed on Bank holidays will be despatched on the following working day).

NB.Postage to Ireland (Eire) and Northern Ireland is £8 (see below).

NB..For overseas orders , we MAY have to ask for payment by sterling bankers draft or money transfer.
We can ONLY deliver to the CREDIT CARD HOLDERS ADDRESS FOR THAT CARD.
Goods out of stock or partly available
We carry huge stocks , but if an item is out of stock we will contact you giving you an estimate for delivery time. We will give you the option to either accept partial delivery normally , or to cancel the order for a full refund. You can choose to either take a partial refund for the out of stock item OR accept late delivery.
Returns & Refunds Policy / Cancellation Rights
If you are not happy with the products received , within 7 working days of recieving the goods , simply return the items AS NEW & UNUSED to our Warehouse address:

It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are sent back using a safe and secure method. Refunds will be given within 30 days of cancellation. An exception to this policy is where training has been given for using stringing machines and these have been tried. We DO NOT accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
NB If all the goods are returned, and no postage was charged by us originally, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original postage.
Acknowledgement of orders
We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail, or by post where an e-mail address is not available.
ANTI-FRAUD MEASURES
We operate a strict security check procedure, to ensure your credit card details are being used by only you. This may occasionally delay the dispatch of your items for any of the following reasons.
1.Your order is being delivered to an address other than that registered to your credit card.
2.Your card details are not available for address verification from the Bank (usually cards registered overseas)
3.Your card details have failed the address verification from the Bank.
4.The security number on the reverse of the card has been entered incorrectly.
5.The order is for delivery overseas.
6.Higher value orders are more likely to be checked more thoroughly.
In the event of your order being held for any of the reasons above, one of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends) by phone or email.
You may then be asked to fax us confirmation of you details, change the delivery address, confirm by post your billing address or use different card details. We cannnot be held responsible for any delay on your goods and the order will not be considered confirmed until you have verified your details with us. Next Day orders will be sent on a Next Day service only when your details have been checked and confirmed
