The Babolat Pure Drive Roddick Plus+ is the new signature racquet of Andy Roddick, and a replacement to the best-selling Babolat Pure Drive. The Pure Drive Roddick incorporates the Cortex system, which reduces vibrations, but at the same time retains a nice amount of feel. The Pure drive Roddick is slightly heavier the the Pure Drive Cortex - at 315g unstrung. So this would appeal to players who felt that the Pure Drive Cortex lacked stability.
